It has its Head office in New Delhi with its branch offices spread out in all the major regions. Established in the year 2002 as proprietorship firm it was later on converted into Pvt. Ltd. company in year 2006.
It is an organization raised & run by the Retired Senior Army and Police Officers. We have a team of advisors and get legal support from Police, Intelligence & Counter Intelligence Professionals. Senior Retired Army & Police officer are on its board of directors and advisors.

It will be relevant to mention here that in order to upgrade the quality of services of our security personnel we put them through basic, on the job & refresher training courses at regular intervals. These training curriculum are run by our in house training academy known as LISSA where we have full-fledged faculty of experienced training instructors. This academy is accredited with SSSDC (Security Sector Skill Development Council), body of NSDC under PMO.
